Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This is a starting template. Review it against what each app actually does (analytics, ads, accounts, in-app purchases) before you publish, and get legal advice if you are unsure.
This policy explains how XinKai Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and on this website. It applies to every XinKai Studio app unless an app's own page says otherwise.
Information we collect
Our apps are designed to work without an account. By default we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information.
- Data stored on your device. Progress, settings and anything you create stay on your device. We cannot see it.
- Crash reports. If you allow it in your device settings, Apple or Google may share anonymous crash and performance reports with us so we can fix problems.
- Emails you send us. If you contact support, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Children
Some of our apps are made for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Advertising and tracking
Our apps do not show third-party advertising and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Purchases
Payments and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card details.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. Deleting an app removes the data it stored on your device.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
